      Any commercial activity carried out by third parties on the premises of the venue during the Tournament without the prior consent of the Organizer is strictly prohibited. The Organizer, as the lessee of the venue, has the exclusive right to grant any potential consent for further subleasing of space for the purposes indicated above.
    2. Fee
      The fees for the transfer of organizational rights and entry into the PTT calendar were paid on 31.01.27 for a total amount of 1,500 PLN.
    3. Conditions of Participation
    A competitor may participate in the tournament if they:
    have a valid registration in CBD PTT (does not apply to foreign couples/soloists)
    are registered via CBD by 12.04.27, or after the registration deadline until the closing date of the starting lists on 19.04.27 (no participants can be added or removed after the starting lists are closed)
    collect their starting number during registration hours
    pay the starting fee in the amount of:
    Grand Prix Polski – 100 PLN/person per program category
    Grand Prix Polski Solo Dance – 100 PLN/person per program category
    Grand Prix Polski Senior – 100 PLN/person per program category
    Puchar Klas Senior – 100 PLN/person per program category
    Mistrzostwa Klas Senior – 100 PLN/person per program category
    Premium Tournament – 80 PLN/person per program category
    In case of a no-show, the fee is non-refundable.
    If an invoice is required, the organizer must be informed before the payment is made, and the buyer’s billing details must be sent via email.
    Registration for the tournament is equivalent to a declaration that the participant’s state of health allows for their active participation in the dance tournament organized in accordance with PTT regulations.
    1. Admission Ticket Prices
    Grandstands: 80 PLN/person, payable on the day of the tournament
    Table Seats: 150 PLN/person, payable to the provided bank account number
    Children under 6: free admission
    One coach per club registered in CBD PTT: free admission.
    1. Prizes
    In accordance with PTT regulations.
    Trophies, medals, and material prizes depending on the places obtained, age categories, and dance classes.
    Financial prizes with a total value of 9,000 PLN for couples in the GPP Adults (Dorośli) ST/LA category, depending on the places obtained:
    First place – 1,200 PLN
    Second place – 1,000 PLN
    Third place – 800 PLN
    Places 4-6 – 500 PLN
    1. The Organizer reserves the right to close the starting lists of a given block or the entire tournament early, and to change the schedule and starting times after the starting lists are closed.
    2. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel the entire PREMIUM category.
    3. The final tournament schedule will be published (in accordance with PTT regulations) no later than 22.04.27 by 10:00 PM.
    4. The Organizer does not provide insurance for participants and bears no responsibility for items left on the premises of the venue.
    5. The participant agrees to the free-of-charge distribution by the Organizer and PTT of their image, voice, and statements recorded as part of marketing materials (including, in particular, photographic, audiovisual, printed, and other materials) produced by the Organizer or third parties within the framework of the Event.
    6. The Tournament is held in accordance with PTT regulations.
    Pursuant to Article 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 published in: OJ EU L 119 of 04.05.2016, you are hereby informed that:
    The controller of personal data is Stowarzyszenie Polskie Towarzystwo Taneczne, with the registered office of the Main Board at: ul. Ofiar Dąbia 4, 31-566 Kraków.
    Personal data will be processed for the purpose of fulfilling the tasks of the Polish Dance Society (Polskie Towarzystwo Taneczne) on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) and Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016.
    Personal data will be stored until the processing ceases for the purposes of analytics and business planning, on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) (GDPR) – the legally justified interest of the data controller.
    The recipients of your personal data will be exclusively entities authorized to obtain personal data on the basis of legal regulations.
    Each ordinary member has the right to access their personal data, rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, or withdraw previously granted consent.
    An ordinary member has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, the PTT Personal Data Inspector, or the Chief Personal Data Inspector.
    Providing personal data is voluntary, however, refusal to provide data may result in the refusal of participation in the sports competition of the Polish Dance Society.
    Registration for participation in the dance tournament is equivalent to the acceptance of the conditions for conducting dance competitions in accordance with PTT regulations.
    1. High-intensity lighting effects, including but not limited to stroboscopes, pulsating lights, and other dynamic light sources, will be used during the Tournament. Exposure to these effects may pose a risk to individuals suffering from photosensitive epilepsy, light sensitivity, or other health conditions that may worsen under the influence of strong visual stimuli. Individuals affected by the above warning should exercise extreme caution or refrain from participating in the event. Participation in the Tournament or presence on its premises constitutes acceptance of the aforementioned risk by the participant or spectator.
    2. The Tournament Organizer is a Supporting Member of the Polish Dance Society (Polskie Towarzystwo Taneczne), who bears full legal and financial responsibility for the preparation, conduct, and all events related to the organization of the Tournament, including the safety of participants and spectators.
    3. The Polish Dance Society (Polskie Towarzystwo Taneczne) grants the Organizer a license to conduct the Tournament, provides substantive supervision over its course, and is solely responsible for the compliance of the Tournament with PTT regulations and the correctness of the sports competition. The Polish Dance Society bears no responsibility for personal injury, property damage, or financial loss incurred in connection with the organization of the Tournament, unless the damage was caused by its exclusive fault.
    4. Any disputes not covered by these regulations shall be resolved by the Chairman of Adjudicators in consultation with the Tournament Manager.
